Learning Preschool Upper Campus

When children turn 2 years old, they become eligible for our Upper Campus Preschool. Graduating from a 'little' Toddler to a 'BIG' Toddler opens the door to many new learning opportunities. At Upper Campus, all of our students have the chance to participate in our Specialty classes, which are a unique and special part of the Upper Campus experience, including our S.T.E.A.M. lab.

Our cooking class, library day, art lab, theater, music & dance, and gardening experiences offer children avenues to explore their interests, develop new skills, and discover ways of expressing themselves—all while enhancing their social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and creative abilities essential for lifelong learning.

We welcome families who have not yet experienced our programs at Lower Campus to join us for our year-round preschool education. It’s a wonderful opportunity for young children to acclimate to a school setting or to further develop the social and emotional foundations they have already begun to build.

Families appreciate our scheduling flexibility, allowing them to choose full-time enrollment or attend a few days each week. We are open Monday through Friday, offering a full-day schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with extended days available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or children can participate in morning half days from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Learningden's Pre-K Program is proudly celebrating 20 years of excellence in preschool education. In this program, our dedicated teachers prepare young learners for the exciting transition to Kindergarten. By embracing Learningden's philosophy of learning through play, our graduates enter the elementary-aged setting not only with curious minds but also with valuable social skills and tools for emotional growth.

Students in our Pre-K program at Learningden enjoy a comprehensive and engaging curriculum that includes all the Specialty classes and experiences: STEAM lab activities, cooking, art, theater, music & dance, and gardening. While focusing on academics to ready them for Kindergarten, we also prioritize outdoor play and child-led exploration, nurturing the whole child. This holistic approach helps develop the social, emotional, and academic preparedness necessary for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Our year-round Pre-K program provides consistent full-day care and learning, while also offering flexible half-day morning scheduling options. Here are our available hours:

- Full days: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Extended days: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

- Morning half days: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
